Bond Security is managed by a team with incredible experience in all aspects of security. Their professionalism, expertise and experience are the foundations of the company's ethos and work ethic.

Jim Ferris - Managing Director

Jim spent 17 years working in the ROYAL ULSTER CONSTABULARY( N.I police) at the height of the troubles. The knowledge and skills he built during this time led to a 9 year career as a senior manager for a security company.

Terry Watts - Commercial Director

Terry has spent 20 years working within the Civil Service, making him an expert in all areas of management and commerce. Before that he spent 7 years in the security industry.

Angela Doherty - Operations Director

Angela's experience comes from 7 years as a prison/senior officer, giving her great insight and experience into how to manage any security situation that may arise. She has also spent 2 years as a court attendant for City of London Police at the Old Bailey. CCC.
